Join us for a Summer Solstice Wine Dinner on Saturday, June 21st, starting at 6 PM. Hosted at Valentina’s Kitchen, a beloved gem in American Canyon, this intimate evening begins with a reception hour on the patio from 6 - 6:30 PM, where you’ll enjoy good weather, good vibes, and passed appetizers to complement three incredible welcome wines: 2019 Pinot Noir, 2023 Pet Nat and a special pour of a cellar archive -- the 1992 Pinot Noir! At 6:30, guests will be seated to begin a four-course prix fixe dinner, artfully designed to complement the season's freshest ingrediants and our most celebrated vintages.

The Menu

First Course: Heirloom Tomato, Peach, Watermelon, Arugula, Laura Chenel Goat Cheese & Chardonnay Verjus Herb Vinaigrette. Paired with 2021 Chardonnay.

Second Course: Grilled Ahi Tuna, Charred Corn, Watermelon, Feta Cheese and Herb Salsa. Paired with 2023 Brut Rose.

Main Course: Stuffed Mary Chicken with Wild Mushrooms, Dried Cherries, Almonds Three Cheese Polenta, Grilled Asparagus and Black Pepper Scented Cabernet Sauce. Paired with 2019 Pinot Noir Reserve.

Dessert: Strawberry Shortcake, Strawberry Coulis & Mascarpone Whipped Cream. Paired with 2022 Cabernet Franc.

To maintain an intimate evening, tickets are limited to 40 total.
