Join us for a Summer Solstice Wine Dinner on Saturday, June 21st, at 6 PM. Hosted at Valentina’s Kitchen, a beloved gem in American Canyon, this intimate evening begins with a reception hour on the patio from 6 - 7 PM, where you’ll enjoy good weather, good vibes, and a live wood fire oven cooking demonstration by Chef David, alongside a selection of exquisite passed appetizers and great wine. Elise and Maiel will be pouring a curated lineup of Elkhorn Peak wines throughout the night, leading into a seated three-course prix fixe dinner, artfully designed to complement the season's freshest ingrediants and our most celebrated vintages.

The menu is currently being crafted, and we will share it here as soon as it's finalized. 

To maintain an intimate evening, tickets are limited to 40 total.
